今天常旅客界又迎来一个垂死挣扎的Program——Air Berlin和其常旅客计划Topbonus。作为寰宇一家的欧洲伙伴，这家航司可谓价廉物美，然而其常客计划则是槽点满满。
我们一直没有cover这个里程计划的原因是，兑换bug实在太多，很多trick，里程价值也非常低（不到1 cent），合适的来源仅能通过购买，而非积分转点；在美国兑换AA的里程票也非常不稳定，时而可出时而不可出，最容易的兑换还是中美AA或者EY以及海航的航班，Brett之前囤了一大堆里程，还剩10万里程没有用出去，结果……
早上收到了一封topbonus的邮件：
宣告Insolvency了，其实也就是离正式宣告破产不远了，我不是法律专业的，放狗搜了搜，大概是这么个区别：
“Bankruptcy”和“Insolvency”都可以表示个人或公司没有足够的资金偿还债务的情况。二者之间主要是法律上的区别。
在“insolvency”情形下，个人或公司可以在未经法律上宣告破产时而实际破产。但在“bankruptcy”情形下，破产是法院的专职，任何个人或公司不能未经依法宣告而破产。
无论如何，topbonus也在其官网告知了接下来要发生的事：
大概表达了两个意思
- 我们Topbonus要宣告破产了，这是紧跟着airberlin上周宣称申请破产步伐的
- 累积和兑换里程已经被suspend了，但会员依然可以查看你的profile和里程余额（看了不能用等于0）

1. Has the topbonus Program been closed down? Topbonus计划就这么关了么？
No, topbonus only had to suspend mileage accruals and redemptions. The topbonus program remains operational in the other functionalities (account login, access to member profile, miles balance, etc.). Your topbonus membership remains valid. Our Service Team is still available via telephone and E-Mail.
2. When will it be possible to collect and redeem (flights, upgrades, shop) miles again? 啥时候我们还可以累积和兑换里程呢？
We had to suspend mileage accruals and redemptions pending clarification of the situation. We are working hard to resolve the matter as soon as possible and hope for your understanding.
目前不得不暂停兑换和累积，我们很努力的在尽快解决这个问题，希望能够理解
3. What about my status benefits? 我的高级会员怎么办？
As for now, airberlin and our airline partners shall continue to honor status benefits. The annual fee for the airberlin Visa Card for status card holders remains valid.

4. What happens with my airberlin Visa Card?
You can use your airberlin Visa Card according to your individual credit card limit. All credit card holders will be informed directly via the airberlin Visa Card issuer, the Landesbank Berlin.

5. What about my already booked award flight ticket? 我已经出了的里程票怎么办？
Your issued award flight booking remains valid as booked.
已经issued的里程票保持有效。
6. What are the conditions to purchase or prolong or cancel a “Service Card”?
Currently it is not possible to purchase or to prolong a Service Card. All Service Cards bought before August 17th, 2017, remain valid and can still be used
不能再延长或者购买service card了，之前购买的还能继续使用。

8/25最新消息：Lufthansa（汉莎航空）已经表示计划收购全部或一部分Air Berlin的资产，不过首先要等Air Berlin初步的资产清算完成，这也预示着德国第一大航空公司（汉莎）即将吞并第二大航司（Air Berlin），说不定Brett的里程有救了……
