根据DoC和Reddit网友消息，Amex这两天开始给部分人发邮件通知claw back了以前购买gc的报销。这个消息还是非常令人震惊的，希望不要扩大到所有使用此方式的持卡人吧……
【2020.4.14, 又来一波报销claw back】
今天牧羊场里好多群友报了不少DP，自从二月份开始一波报销回收claw back之后今天又开始陆续收到邮件说要credit被收回，疫情之下严打仍在继续，大家现在撸报销可一定要小心了啊。不要赔了夫人又折兵。万一今年不claw，明年再来，credit想用都没办法用了的。
【03.05.2020更新】Amex开始严打航空酒店报销
今天各大博主都报道了Amex旗下的Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant Credit Card 和Amex Hilton Aspire card都更新了用户协议，目的很明确就是防止报销滥用。“如何最高效的报销”而使持有信用卡的成本降到最低一直都是灰色地带。我们也给大家总结过，礼品卡，小额机票等等。
自从上个月Amex突然开始claw back航空报销，其实就可以预测Amex也将会对旗下的酒店信用卡下手。Amex旗下的神卡Amex Hilton Aspire card第一个中招，却也是合情合理，Amex Hilton Aspire card是Amex旗下一张正收益的神卡，丰富的福利自然也成了“重灾区”。下面的term内容来与TravelWithGrant。
- The benefit terms for the $250 Hilton Resort Credit benefit are being updated to add clarifying language that statement credit(s) received during the reward year may be reversed if the eligible purchase is returned/cancelled。第一点，如果通过在预定之后再取消了预定的方式获得250刀的resort credit, 那么通过这种方式获得报销将会被Amex收回。
- or if you engage in abuse or misuse in connection with the benefit (for example, if you do not maintain an eligible card account for the duration of the reward year). 第二点，如果拿到了报销之后，立马关卡而长期持有此卡满一年，那么报销也将会被Amex收回。
同时DoC也发现，Marriott Brilliant Marriott credit也更新了用户协议，毫无疑问同样的配方。Marriott Brilliant Marriott credit的报销范围，我们也给大家介绍过，因为适用性非常广所以也滥用的情况也比较少。

Statement credit(s) may be reversed if the eligible purchase is returned/cancelled or if we, in our sole discretion, determine that you have engaged in abuse or misuse in connection with the benefit or that you intend to do so (for example, if you do not maintain an eligible Card Account for the duration of the reward year).
航空酒店都推出了措施，不知道Amex下一步会进行啥呢？羊毛越来越紧，大家且撸且珍惜。
【02.25.2020更新】Amex开始claw back航空报销
自从Amex去年改了航空报销的code，不能买礼品卡报销每年的航空credit之后，大家纷纷开始想办法各显神通。
有不少人采用了先买后退的办法，比如买SW小额机票，然后24小时之内选择退票，或者去订宠物票再退掉的，或者去买delta refundable的票，报销完了退掉等种种方法来完成报销。
结果刚刚开始有DP显示Amex已经开始claw back这种报销了。有朋友收到Amex邮件重新收取了报销费用。内容引用如下
“You already received a credit from the merchant. We discovered that while we issued you a credit under our Airline Fee Credit, you also received a credit from the merchant for the same charges. To correct this error, we have charged your account for the amount identified above to offset the credit”
