符合条件：

  • 在美国境内，拥有iPhone 6、iPhone 6 Plus、iPhone 6s、iPhone 6s Plus、iPhone 7、iPhone 7 plus以及iPhone SE的美国用户
  • 2017年12月21日之前运行iOS 11.2的iPhone 7和iPhone 7 Plus的美国用户
  • 手机性能有下降点表现（这个简直太抽象了！）

预计赔偿金额：25美元

申请赔偿流程：

  • 输入手机序列号，如果找不到点话需要根据你apple id 还有地址去search，但不一定找得到。
  • 下一步填写详细信息跟收款信息，可以选择收支票或者直接存你银行账户里。
  • 一次只能申请一台手机

还记得当年苹果公司推出的低价换电池的服务吗？由于苹果公司在发布新机型时通过升级系统而减慢老款iPhone速度，诱导用户购买新的手机，收到了“集体诉讼”。近日，这场耗时将近三年“降速门“的集体诉讼终于以苹果公司统一支付最低3.1亿美元，最高5亿美元赔偿收场。

本次集体诉讼的最终和解协议将于美国当地时间周五晚间公布。根据和解协议，苹果公司将向曾或者现拥有以下型号手机的美国本土用户支付赔偿费用：运性iOS 10.2.1或更高版本操作系统的iPhone 6、iPhone 6 Plus、iPhone 6s、iPhone 6s Plus、iPhone 7、iPhone 7 plus以及iPhone SE的美国用户，还包括2017年12月21日之前运行iOS 11.2的iPhone 7和iPhone 7 Plus的美国用户。预计每人将可以获得25美元赔偿金。有专家指出，每台手机赔偿费用可以达到$46美金。

本次集体诉讼律师团将收取9300万美金律师费。相当于3.1亿美元的30%。同时将额外收取150万美金作为律师费用开销。
